Biography
Annie is a single, retired Dorchester user living alone. As she gets older, Annie has started exhibiting signs of arthritis and deteriorating vision, making certain tasks, around the house difficult to do on her own. This includes making her morning coffee, a habit Annie has had since her twenties.
Goals
Maintain her normal morning routine without pain and with minimal difficulty
Easily brew coffee without having to learn a whole new coffee maker
Frustrations
Annie finds it hard to read the small labels, buttons, and digital displays
Pressing the small buttons can be painful and challenging, making it hard for Annie to operate the coffee maker
