Product should help user plan meals/snacks ahead of time, in some capacity
Product should encourage flexiable, but nutritious eating

User Persona: Ruth
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Occupation: Full-time student pursuing a B.A. in Industrial Design
Biography
Ruth is a third year Industrial and Innovative Design major. She would like to establish an intuitive and holistic approach in her eating habits, but she feels she lacks the time and knowledge to implement this approach.
Goals
Eat the correct amount of calories that fuels her body, without causing major fluctuations to her weight (maintenance calories)
Eat a nutrition-rich diet that still allows for variety and her taste preferences
Frustrations
Lack of knowledge surrounding nutrition
